TRG provides consulting and claim acquisition services related to U.S. customs duty refunds — including IEEPA tariff refund claims. Our services may include eligibility assessment, claim purchase, and coordination with customs brokers and counsel. The scope of any specific engagement is defined in a separate written agreement.

2. Not Legal or Financial Advice

TRG is not a law firm, accounting firm, or registered investment advisor. Information on this site and communications from TRG are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You should consult licensed professionals before making decisions based on this information.

3. Claim Purchase Transactions

Tariff refund claim purchases offered by TRG are structured as purchases of anticipated refund claims — not loans. Pricing, terms, and eligibility vary by claim and are governed by a separate purchase agreement executed between TRG and the importer. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

4. Eligibility & Accuracy

By submitting an inquiry or application, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the importer of record and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. TRG may decline any application or terminate any engagement at its discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site — including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with site operation, scraping or copying content beyond personal review, or submitting false or fraudulent information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and the TRG name and marks — is owned by Tariff Recovery Group or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information, refund estimate, or projected timeline. Refund outcomes depend on CBP determinations, court rulings, and other factors outside TRG's control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRG and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our aggregate liability for any direct claims will not exceed the fees you paid to TRG in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
