Application Agreement — BAAM Holding Inc dba Tariff Recovery Group

By submitting this application, the undersigned ("Applicant") authorizes BAAM Holding Inc dba Tariff Recovery Group ("TRG") to: (i) collect and review the information and documents provided herein for purposes of evaluating the purchase of Applicant's IEEPA duty refund claims; (ii) conduct a soft identity verification inquiry that will not affect Applicant's credit score; and (iii) contact Applicant via email or phone regarding this application and any potential offer.

Applicant acknowledges and agrees that TRG may use the information and documents provided in this application to evaluate Applicant's eligibility for other financial products and services offered by TRG or its affiliates, including but not limited to working capital facilities, receivables financing, and other credit or liquidity products. Applicant consents to TRG sharing such information with its affiliates and lending partners solely for these purposes.

Applicant represents and warrants that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of Applicant's knowledge. Submission of this application does not obligate either party to enter into any agreement. TRG's evaluation is subject to due diligence, documentation review, and TRG's internal underwriting criteria.

All information submitted is treated as confidential. TRG will not share Applicant's information with third parties except as described herein, as required by law, or for purposes of claim processing and verification. By checking the box below, Applicant consents to these terms and authorizes TRG to process this application.
